Being a dynamic and growing company in the payment industry, our Client is listed on the TecDAX of the German Stock Exchange. In order to enforce our client's Issuing services team in Kosice Slovakia, we are searching for a Scrum Master/ Project Manager (m/w)
Your tasks:
- Empower the teams to self-organize and ensure accomplishment of sprint goals
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and sprint demos
- Coordination of the release rollout process
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint/release progress
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Adapting project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks
- Facilitate discussion, conflict resolution and cross-team coordination
- Identify and remove impediments, prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal
- Recommend improvements and ensure the team strives to make each increment of functionality potentially shippable
- First point of contact for the business analyst and commercial project manager (sitting in Germany) to DEV team (Kosice)
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor of Science or higher) in the field of information systems and management, information systems or business administration with a specialization on information systems
- Proven ability to work with Project management methodologies and tools without adhering to any specific tool or process model
- Ideally possess experience in Agile project management methods like Scrum and Kanban
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and time management skills
- Ability of how to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and timeline sensitive work environment
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Preferably holding a Scrum Master Certification or a Project Management certification
- Familiarity with MS-Project, JIRA, Greenhopper is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form
