Job description
- Participate in technical discussions with project teams as well as customers.
- Project team includes UX design and backend development teams
- Analyze problem space, propose solution and estimate the requirements
- Drive any POC / Prototype development required as part of the requirements
- Capacity Planning – guide the team in design and development activities.
- Drive code quality enhancement initiatives within the team by deploying review and tracking tools and processes, continual refactoring practices etc...
Requirements
Skills:
- Expert in Object-Oriented Javascript
- Extensive knowledge of frameworks such as Angular, Backbone, jQuery, etc.
- Experience developing single page applications
- Follows software engineering principles, patterns, frameworks and technologies
- Strong CSS (Compass/SASS) and HTML5 skills
- Usage of JSON REST APIs
- Knowledge of Jasmine and Cucumber is a plus
- English – expert, written and verbal
- Strong experience in working within Distributed Agile methodology
- Strong communication skills
