Job description
You will become part of the international rollout team and participate at the introduction of the new CRM in 2016 and later you will support sales organisations using this new CRM and coordinate changes on the existing solution.
The main tasks will include:
During project phase 2016/12:
- Testing of new implementations on the system, including test plans, test scenarios and test cases
- Documentation of the CRM functionality
- Training of the users (involves international travelling)
- Supports sales with data cleansing
- Acting as part of the service implementation project
After the introduction:
- Answer support and service request of the users (2nd Level). Request come in through the Servcedesk and will be forward to the CRM Application Specialist if the Servicedesk can not resolve it immediately.
- Offer trainings (local or remote) to new employees
- Convert business requirements into change requests
- Implement the changes or manages the changes together external partner
- Test new functionalities in cooperation with the Web Application Specialist
- Submit proposals on the directions for developments
- Document existing and new functionalities
- Monitor the activities on the system and the quality of the data
- Test and release the regular releases which are published by SAP, including test plans, test scenarios and test cases
- Handle the access management
Requirements
Candidates with education suit the position:
- University education (Master's degree)
- Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Language skills:
- English - expert (interpreting)
Personality requirements and skills:
- Knowledge about SAP SD module. Preferred as application specialist or as key user for minimal 3 years.
- Experience with use and setup of a CRM system. Preferrably a SAP system.
- Sales background (Is able to perceive the sales mentalities)
- Experience with support and testing tasks are desired
- Fluent in English. Additionally German strongly preferred.
- Ready to do On-Call service
