Job description
The person in the role will be responsible for providing SAP 2nd level support for German customer in SAP PP/QM area.
Main responsibilities:
- To identify and solve problems and incidents in SAP PP/QM area
- To work on small changes (change requests)
- To keep contact with the customer and understand the customer needs
- To minimize the amount of unplanned downtime in the customer's application environment
- To improve and optimize customer's application environment
- To achieve a high level of customer's satisfaction
- ABAP knowledge is welcome ( bug fixing, debugging)
Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economy or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of business processes covered by SAP application
- Experience with the work in the SAP application support team
- ITIL knowledge
- Fluent English and German language
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Service oriented behavior and communication
- Extensive SAP PP knowledge in order to cover following customer business processes:
- MRP
- Production orders, Planning (Scheduling, Capacity planning, Confirmation)
- BOM maintenance
- Serial number maintenance and creation
- KANBAN production control
- Repetitive manufacturing
- Make to order production
- Product allocation
- Label print
QM Skills: Incoming inspection, Material claim (non-Standard), Preparation for planned tests
WM Skills: 15+ Stock locations per KANBAN; SAP standard; Mobil transactions are welcome
Other skills (would be welcome):
- iDoc`s monitoring, maintenance,
- RunTime error analysis
