Job description
- Lead consultant for mobile solutions in CRM
- Lead a team force in order to achieve deliverables within AMS & Projects
- Advisor/contributor in CRM mobile solution roadmaps in close cooperation with Program manager
- Ability to resolve issues and advise on solutions in existing environment
- Proactively provide solutions to prevent problems in area of responsibility
- Participation on CRM Rollouts projects-acting as bridge between project and AMS
- Work with team members to resolve complex or cross-technology tasks
- Manage escalations with customer
- Proactively provide solutions to prevent problems from occurring in area of responsibility
- Understand and escalate scope changes per change control process
- Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate
- Provide continual improvement recommendations/direction setting and advice within work team
- Participate in customer and internal projects, including transformation
- Leads the regular reviews with business team
Requirements
- Technical / functional experiences in SAP CRM – Sales, Service is must, Marketing is an advantage
- Mobile Solutions in CRM
- ABAP Knowledge
- German language (fluent/intermediate)
- Excellent analytical problem-evaluation skills
- Communicative in English language
- Work with other lead consultant from different areas

- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Experience in working with Clients, focus on Client satisfaction
- Experience in manufacturing industry
- ITIL knowledge
