Job description
- Application Maintenance - consulting support for key & end users, implementation of support and legal patches, solving incidents, etc.
- Implementation of small to mid-sized RfC (changes)
- Bid preparation for projects in HCM area
- Mentoring junior HCM consultants
- Supervising the designing, coding and testing of program modules
- Supervising the maintenance, repair and tuning of applications; directing user support activities
- Managing preventive maintenance activities
- Enhancement of existing processes and solution within HCM
Required skills & experience
Must have:
- Personal administration
- SK Payroll
- Time management (experience with time evaluation with clock times is a must)
- Organizational management
- Training & event management
- Programming in HCM (ABAP)
- Authorizations in HCM
- Ability to define functional specifications for technical development team
Nice to have:
- Personal development
- Knowledge of authorization concepts
Language requirements:
- English language is a must
- German + Italian (not required but nice to have)
