Job description
SAP Application Management services are offered for support, continuous improvement of SAP solution-based landscapes and to optimize all business related.
SAP AMS support includes:
- Help Desk support
- Functional and Technical support
- System Administration and Monitoring
We are looking for profiles in these areas:
- SAP AMS on module OM OrgManagement
- SAP AMS on Personal Administration
- SAP AMS on Time Management
- SAP AMS on Performance Management
- SAP AMS on Travel Management
- SAP AMS on Self Services (ESS/MSS)
- SAP AMS on Interfaces (ABAP)
- SAP AMS on Authorizations
Required skills & experience
- Extensive SAP AMS knowledge (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Knowledge of business processes covered by SAP application
- Experience with the work in an AMS support team
- ITIL knowledge
- University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economy or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Service oriented behavior and communication
Language requirements:
- English language is a must
- German + Italian (not required but nice to have)
