Job description
For our new client, Europe´s leading mobile resource management provider specialising in Vehicle & Asset Tracking, Mobile Workforce Applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP software, we are looking for a skilled Ux professional.
- Good knowledge of digital products, platform limitations and product design techniques
- Participation in client meetings and contribute during discovery and assessment
- Select, conduct and oversee use of research techniques and tools to provide evaluation criteria and reveal business and user needs
- Support qualitative and quantitative research to derive personas, use cases, concepts, user journeys and information architecture
- Provide support in writing and editing of user stories, requirements, specifications and processes
- Capability of self-improvement in UX/UI design best practices and techniques
Requirements
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Design or equivalent. A Master’s degree is appreciated, but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of UX and UI Design techniques, solutions and patterns
- Experience in research for product design for desktop, tablet, or mobile
- Experience of working to strict deadlines
- Working directly with engineering team and presenting UX deliverables
Required Skills:
- Basic proof of concept, prototyping and storyboarding skills
- Basic understanding of Adobe CS and Axure or other UX specific tools (OmniGraffle, Sketch, Mockups, …) is an advantage
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, spoken, written & verbal
- English – fluent proficiency level
- Other languages are welcome and appreciated
- Ability to define key metrics and evaluate project success
- Good knowledge of prototyping tools
- An understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other key web technologies is an advantage
