Job description
Our klient looks for new HR Generalist who will take care for leading of HR & Office management team and:
Employee Development
• Lead and develop your HR and Office management team
• Business partnering and coaching of local leaders
• Ensure execution and improvement of education and promotion programs
HR Consulting
• Participation in international HR activities and coordination within Service Delivery Centers
• Responsible for supporting and updating a Service Unit on all the employee relations matters
• Maintain effective business relationships with Local & Corporate HR and Leaders/Managers in the Business
• To provide HR advice and support to managers/ team leaders and staff on a wide range of HR issues (legislation, etc.)
• Contribute to a multitude of HR activities including Recruitment activities, Staffing and on-boarding
HR administration
• Preparation of payroll data for external payroll provider
• Responsible for all SAP administration (entries, leavings, changes, etc)
• Reporting and administration regarding HR agenda
• Employee lifecycle management
• Compensation & Benefits processes
• Implementing regional HR policies by adjusting them to the local ones
Requirements
Education:
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Administrative and economic skills
Human Resources - advanced
Payroll accounting - basic
Years of experience: 5+
Personality requirements and skills:
• Long term experience in HR function (HR Generalist preferred)
• Experience with leading at least one team
• Very good knowledge of labor code and legislative requirements
• Excellent written and oral English
• Become a strong and respected partner to leaders
• Analytical and problem solving skill
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
