Job description

- Work on Service Desk Tickets that come in via phone or email
- Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
- User Administration + Briefing
- Create accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding process
- Coordination to Service Providers, i.e. Repair and Service of End Devices
- Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records

Requirements

- Apprenticeship as IT Specialist (m/f) or a comparable one
- Several years of related IT Service Desk or operations experience
- Excellent knowledge in Help Desk Services and User Documentation
- Advanced knowledge of macOS
- Basic knowledge of Windows
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Good communication skills, including creation of user documentation and technical documentation
- Fluent communication in English
- Coordination and Organization
- Team player with a focus on service orientation
- Self-dependent working
