• Identifying, analyzing and simplifying the requirements collected from various stakeholders
• Helping product owners with shaping their demand with IT language
• Gathering Business Requirements and performing Gap Analysis
• Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
• Continuous support throughout the project implementation phases
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
University education - Information Technology
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Microsoft Word - advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - advanced
Microsoft Outlook - advanced
Personality requirements and skills
• Strong analytical thinking (more than 3 years of experience in Business and/or IT Functional Analyst role, preferably in insurance sector is advantage)
• Basic knowledge of requirement engineering (IREB training is advantage)
• Communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of IT development lifecycle
• Experienced in MS Office, UML, SQL, (JIRA, Confluence is advantage)
• English language is a must (German is advantage)
• Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks and respond to ad hoc requirements as well as to cope with pressure and stress
• Willingness to travel, driving license B
