First point of contact for managers and employees
Support in all processes of the operational personal business
Recruitment: correspondence with candidates, analysis and conduction of telephone and personal interviews, creation of job ads
Onboarding of new employees and moderation of the welcoming event
Request and monitoring of working permit (if necessary)
Contract design and generation as well as creation of side letters and job references
Assistance in HR related projects
Requirements
Previous work experience in an HR Operations environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Profound experience with MS Office
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Slovak
Strong organizational skills plus the ability to think and work autonomously
