Must:
Frontend:
• HTML5
• CSS3 (mobile first, responsive design)
• JavaScript (closures, context, function scope, prototypes, promises, ajax, DOM api, design patterns)
• jQuery (ajax, promises, deferred)
• Demonstrable experience with some MV* framework e.g. Ember/Angular/React (React Flux)/etc
Backend
• Java 7/8
• Spring (Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Boot)
• Maven
General
• Analytics thinking
• Know how to solve hard tasks/issues
• Know how to google things
• Be creative, innovative and consistent
Good to know:
