- Owns and manages product
- Acts at daily scrums
- Clarifies requirements from business to people
- Primarily focuses on achieving high quality and on-time delivery through both personal hands-on involvement and delegation
- Provides managerial and/or technical support to team leaders, tech-leaders, managers
- Mentoring of subordinates and teams to achieve constant improvement in technical execution and professional behavior based on good relationships
- Works with Global Sales on exploring and supporting new business opportunities
- Works with Program Management Office to ensure implementation of process improvements and execution of corporate campaigns
- Acts as a single point of escalation for customers, onsite engagement managers and sales
- Identifies potential risks and works on risk mitigation plans
- Actively promotes positive attitude, innovations, knowledge sharing
Required skills & experience
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in developing product version and business cases
- Experience with product strategy development
- Experience leading / mentoring junior team members
